Services

TrueVine Systems provides marketing services for home-service contractors, including websites, review funnels, missed-call text back, marketing campaigns, and local SEO. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in a separate written proposal or service agreement.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of yourself or your business to use our services.

Payments & Refunds

Fees are billed as agreed in your service order. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Unless required by law or stated in your agreement, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content, and access needed to deliver services.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including advertising, telemarketing, SMS, and email regulations.
• Maintain ownership or rights to any materials you provide to us.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials produced by TrueVine Systems remain our property until full payment is received, after which agreed deliverables transfer to you. Our underlying tools, templates, code libraries, and processes remain our property at all times.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to violate any law, infringe any rights, transmit harmful code, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on third-party providers (such as hosting, CRM, analytics, payment, and messaging platforms). We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes from those providers.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, lead volume, rankings, or revenue. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TrueVine Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate services as described in your service agreement. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or fail to pay amounts due.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
